Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House rescind its previous action (page 4336) in passing the following:        
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363(FIN)                                  
"An Act making appropriations for capital project matching grant              
funds and for capital projects; making an appropriation for the                
continuation of federal litigation; and providing for an effective             
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House rescind its previous action in           
passing HCS CSSB 363(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the following

of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
