The question being: "Shall the House rescind its previous action in passing HCS CSSB 363(FIN)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Mackie: Page 50, line 37: Delete all material. Insert "* Sec. 12. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted and withdrew the motion. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 363(FIN) pass the House?"
